New Monogram Instructions


Basic Monograms

Sequence is: frame - uppercase (left) - lowercase (Middle) - "lowercase" (right)

The frame is the hyphen key

Uppercase keys will give you the left letter

Lowercase keys will give you the middle Letter

The following keys will give you the right letter

0 = a
1 = b
2 = c
3 = d
4 = e
5 = f
6 = g
7 = h
8 = i
9 = j
! (exclaim) = k
( (parenleft) = l
# (numbering) = m
\ (backslash) = n
: (colon) = o
, (comma) = p
. (period) = q
? (question) = r
; (semicolon) = s
* (asterisk) = t
/ (slash) = u
{ (braceleft) = v
} (brace right) = w
[ (bracket left) = x
] (bracket right) = y
) (parenright) = z

For example, to make the image above I typed -Ab2

Monogram Key strokes

Hey everyone! This is only for this basic style monograms shown. For all the other styles please use lowercase, uppercase, lowercase. I am going to be doing a series of monogram fonts that will make customizing your own monogram super easy. The font is already set up to place the letters within the design. All you have to do is refer to the chart below in order to place the letters in the correct sequence. In order to make this font work I had to replace numbers and some punctuation with the last letter of the monogram. Second set of Monogram State Fonts

I'm so sorry guys for all the issues with the second part of the Monogram State Sets. I know many of you are trying to make presents and such. I'm working with Silhouette on a way to resolve the issue. In the mean time I am posting the downloads here. Download them to your computer, do a regular font install and then they should pull up in the Silhouette software. If not, restart everything after you install the font. Here is the link to the 3 Font files.
