I'm working with Silhouette on a way to resolve the issue. In the mean time I am posting the downloads here. Download them to your computer, do a regular font install and then they should pull up in the Silhouette software. If not, restart everything after you install the font. Here is the link to the 3 Font files.

Using Character Maps in Windows for Extra Characters

EVERY WINDOWS USER!!!! I have found the answer to using character maps on windows! (At least it worked perfectly for me). Please follow the directions on this link . Mostly the part with the character map. Yay!!!!! No need for a third party software. I think I know what is happening with the character order. It's technical so I won't get into it, but I will fix it so it's easier to navigate. Thanks everyone!!!! Once it's repaired you will be able to download it again.

Update! Silhouette has repaired the issues with the Monogram State sets. Please email or Facebook message me if there are any other issues with those fonts. Hey everyone, I am having trouble with the blogger site and a lot of the messages are not coming through. Every refresh changes the comments. If you need help it's best to message me through Facebook or even send an email to rivkasrenditions@gmail.com. I would be happy to help you. Please be patient with me and know that I am trying my best to help everyone, but I am just one person, with three little boys and a house I am remodeling. Others news. There are new fonts I am working on like Winter Wonderland that require character maps to get all the alternatives. I am aware of the issues Windows and some other programs have with character maps. There is not much I can do about this. I would advise finding and installing a third party application to be able to view and use font alternatives. If you still want the font but don...

Problems with finding the font on your computer

Preface: This is general information and may not work on every computer. Please contact Silhouette about font installations. These are just some tips that helped me. To those of you trying to find the special characters on your computer and your font software/character map. First try to go to your silhouette library-fonts, right click on the font and click install. Then restart everything. If you still can't find the font, make sure that in your character map software you are clicking the right user or all users. If that all fails look in your font folder on your computer for a file that starts with a letter followed by 5 numbers. After a huge headache, I discovered that sometimes the fonts that are downloaded through silhouette are given a new name. No idea why, but I did call silhouette about it and they said they would look into it. So on my computer the Yellow Daisy Font is renamed to d106927. Now I'm not sure if that rename just for me or for all silhouette users....

Monogram Key strokes

Hey everyone! This is only for this basic style monograms shown. For all the other styles please use lowercase, uppercase, lowercase. I am going to be doing a series of monogram fonts that will make customizing your own monogram super easy. The font is already set up to place the letters within the design. All you have to do is refer to the chart below in order to place the letters in the correct sequence. In order to make this font work I had to replace numbers and some punctuation with the last letter of the monogram. I hope you enjoy them and it makes your life easier.  First Letter: Uppercase letters (use the keys A-Z with the shift key or caps lock) Second Letter: Lowercase letters (use the keys a-z) Third Letter:  A= 0 B= 1 C= 2 D= 3 E= 4 F= 5 G= 6 H= 7 I= 8 J= 9 K= !
